A big Steam sale is now on, get some cheap games for Linux & SteamOS

By - | Views: 20,644
Heads up cheapo hunters, as Steam has a big sale on right now that lasts until December 1st. I've highlighted some deals I think are pretty good, I won't list them all.

ARK: Survival Evolved - 40% off!

Company of Heroes 2 - 75% off!

The Talos Principle - 66% off! - I usually hate puzzle games, but this game is really quite good, and beautiful too.

Broforce - 50% off! - If you don't buy this, you're weird.

STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic™ II - The Sith Lords™ - 70% off! - A great RPG with a great Linux version, and the price now is just insane.

Borderlands 2 - 75% off! - The loot is just crazy in this game!

There's tons more, and I've only picked some choice ones here. Tell us what bargains you picked up! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I promised myself not to buy more games until I finished more of the ones I already own. You're not helping posting this sales, though xD

Same here! :D
I have way too many games already and hardly any time to look at them. Still, I might just buy M&B Viking Conquest as I've been looking at it since it came out and it's finally at a price I find fair. I probably won't have much time to play it though...

Quoting: OlDrunkTIS-100 is fun, in a wake up in the middle of the night dreaming of code solutions to puzzles kind of way(I think just wrecked my life).
Then you'll probably love/hate Infinifactory as well. TIS-100 is awesome though.

Quoting: enzEuro Truck Simulator 2 – Scandinavia. I was waiting for a sale because I found 17.99€ a bit overprized for an extension, but 8.99€ is a fair price. ETS is a great game. I'm already looking very forward to American Truck Simulator.

Indeed, expensive for a DLC, but it almost feels as a new version compared to ETS2! At this price, it got in my basket along with broforce and Star Wars KOTOR 2 :)

I considered Infinifactory but MineCraft with mods has already been doing that for a few years now and I'm just getting over that long, long addiction but did learn some Lua and old school Forth programming.
Cheers!

I've never tried Minecraft or its mods so I can't say how similar they are, but Infinifactory really makes you think about your solutions and optimize obsessively, very much like TIS. That's why I thought you might like it.
