Discovering Colors - Animals [Steam, Official Site] is a cheap kids game about colouring and it recently gained a Linux version. As a parent, I'm really happy to see more kids games on Steam.

Discovering Colors - Animals features:
- 12 drawings which come alive when the child colors them in!
- 4 additional drawings to unlock.
- A free painting mode.

Might have to let my little one give this a go and see if it's worth it!

What games have you been lettings your kids play recently? Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

My son used to like these kinds of games, but even on Android, most of them were pretty bad. This one looks very good though, with both free painting, coloring and color fill. Will definitely keep it in mind in case my daughter gets interested in something like it.

I used to play a few educational games when I was little. They were really fun :) and useful. I think there should be more of this, the kids would enjoy them, I'm sure.
