Friday Ahoy, it's Friday Livestream time at 6 PM UTC!

Did you know that it's Friday again? Yeah, it's that day we play some games live on Twitch and talk all kinds of nonsense. You are, as per usual, welcome to join in on the madness as it unfolds during the 2 hour live segment of Linux gaming on our own little Twitch channel!

Stream can be found here: http://www.twitch.tv/gamingonlinux

Today's plans are a little bit hectic. I am currently fighting through the last bits of school and thus my time has been somewhat limited. The releases also haven't been particularly great, so that too naturally causes some problems with the great gaming menu. However, Arcen's new game Starward Rogue arrived just in time and considering the financial trouble they are going through, I think that makes for a great game to visit. As for the other games, well, we have some updates we can check out. OpenMW 0.38 came out recently and Project Zomboid has a new audio system so those are worth checking out. We will figure out the rest in a democratic manner.

Have a nice weekend everybody and try to squeeze some Linux gaming into your schedules! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

I'm a Linux gamer from Finland. I like reading, long walks on the beach, dying repeatedly in roguelikes and ripping and tearing in FPS games. I also sometimes write code and sometimes that includes hobbyist game development.

You don't have flash and Twitch is not yet HTML5 compliant? Did you try to watch the Livestream with gnome-twitch:
