Interloper A Fancy Looking New RTS Game Coming Soon For Linux

By - | Views: 5,537
Real time strategy games are my favourite genre next to first person shooters and Interloper is tickling my fancy right now. It's a brand new in-development RTS game.

While the gameplay doesn't seem like it will take too long as the maps are quite small it does have some lush graphics, and the gameplay does look like it can get intense.

It's good to see more real time strategy games come out with new ideas.

Features
- Gameplay focussed on spatial tactics.
- Competitive online multiplayer matches.
- Extensive single-player campaign.
- AI with various difficulty and behaviour settings.
- Unique visual style and dynamic soundtrack based on your tribe.

Official About
Interloper is an intense real-time strategy game about alien tribes vying for control over a lush, newly discovered world. A peaceful densely vegetated land turns into a volatile battlefield of territorial tug-of-war. Claiming domain provides strategic advantages for the power hungry tribes. Challenge other players in competitive online multiplayer matches to spread your tribe’s influence.

You can help it out by voting for it on Steam greenlight.

Looks like Monogon Games first game too, and for them to support Linux we should give them some support.
