Needs more fear in your life? Layers of Fear: Inheritance DLC has released today which promises more scary business.

Layers of Fear was actually very cool, and it was nice to see Aspyr Media publish another Linux game.

I did request a code a day or so ago as I didn't realise the release was so close and i haven't heard back yet, so hopefully I can give it some thoughts in a week or so when I have a key.
Edit: They have now just approved my key. So I can for sure give it some thoughts soon-ish.

About the DLC
Layers of Fear: Inheritance expands the plot from Layers of Fear and tells the story of the painter’s daughter, who comes back to her childhood home to face her past. Can she forgive her father, or will she resent all that has happened? Relive her experiences and witness the full scope of the tragedy that has swallowed up the family.

- A completely new narrative experience that expands the story of Layers of Fear
- Explore the painter’s house from his daughter’s perspective
- Multiple endings based on how you play the game
- A return to the terrifying and psychedelic experience that you loved from the base game

You can find the DLC on GOG and Steam. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Another game for Linux that doesn't feature Linux in the trailer. I do wonder why this happens so often :/

Well, it says Steam and GOG, it doesn't say Windows, Mac or Linux. It's not that Linux is being left out.

Very true! I'm just always hoping for that extra little bit of Linux promotion ;)
