Major Starbound Patch Next Week, Video Inside

By - | Views: 6,796
The one we have all been waiting for will warp-in for Starbound next week, this patch will be the long awaited backwards-compatibility patch!

This will be the last patch that will wipe your characters and ships, which is the reason a lot of people (me included) stopped playing. It's a truely amazing game that I have been quite struck by in terms of how much there is to see and do. If you haven't check it out yet see the trailer:

The reason I haven't bought the game yet is because of the wipes with every update. The last thing I need in my life is a game that gives me stress by destroying my progress. It's like having your kids destroy everything you love. *sigh*

But this update is good news. I might give it a go when this patch lands.
