Hmmm, I bought the game on their site, but I can't figure out how to download it... Doesn't appear in my Humble Bundle list of games...

It should be noted that HIB5 owners also have a new version up for download as of January 7. No idea if it fixes all of the performance problems, but most of the in-game and graphical glitches should be fixed. Will need to download it to give you guys more info.

The game is stil crashing for me,with an HD6950.

Which drivers are you using and where? I never got any crashes, just performance problems and glitches, and that was with the version released in August. Diamond HD4670 with the R600g drivers.

I was about to ask the same question.  I wasn't crashing with the last version either, so far as I had played into the game anyway.  I will have to try the latest version when I get home and report back later.  Right now I have installed the latest Catalyst (13.1), and I am on an AMD HD7870 running on Ubuntu Studio 12.10 64 bit.  I haven't run Psychonauts since I updated the driver, so that may make a difference as well.  I'll see how well this new arrangement works.

Thanks for the tip, I had no idea! I'll warm up my BitTorrent client... :P

I sure hope this version solves the annoying glitches. If so, I might give it another go and try to finish the game (damn Meat Circus! ><)

That Meat Circus was annoying in the original Xbox version though. :P

If the problem persists try reporting it on the icculus.org bugtracker: https://bugzilla.icculus.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=Psychonauts
