Shadow Warrior is a bold reimagining of the classic 3D Realms’ shooter from independent developer Flying Wild Hog (Hard Reset) starring the legendary and quick-witted warrior Lo Wang. Combine the brute force of overwhelming firepower with the elegant precision of a katana to annihilate the merciless armies of the shadow realm in an exhilarating and visually stunning transformation of the classic first-person shooter.

Talk to Bethesda. With Carmack gone the id name is just a lucrative IP pool.

It's a very fun game. Great humor, some of the best melee combat in the last few years. Hope it's a good port.

Honestly, eON actually sold me on their Virtual Programming with Bioshock Infinate. It runs better than some native games. But I would still take a really good native port over VP. Nice to hear that Shadow Warrior will be going this route.

Quoting: loggfreakid tech does NOT use directX
Actually while id tech 5 uses OpenGL for rendering it does also use DirectX to handle input.

Anyway back on topic, this looks like another must buy title to add to the library. ^_^
