Warlocks Plans For Day 1 Linux Support, Now On Kickstarter

By - | Views: 5,563

Warlocks is a crazy (and awesome) looking pixel art action game now on Kickstarter. The developers have told us Linux will be a day 1 release too. We don't often do single posts for Kickstarter projects any more due to the vast amounts of them, but Warlocks tickled our fancy.

I know a fair few people are tired of "pixel art", but when it looks as well done as Warlocks I think it really pays off. It looks like they have come quite a way in the style department too looking at their timeline (although the old name was pretty cool):

Not only does it looks action packed, but it's rammed full of procedurally generated loot, epic boss battles, online co-op play and more! It's easy to see why it's a Staff Pick at Kickstarter itself.

@gamingonlinux Please note that Warlocks will be available for PC,Mac and Linux from day one :-) #linux #warlocks #pixelart #kickstarter

No stretch goal for Linux and day 1 support. Do you need more to go on?

If you have money burning a hold in your pocket it looks like a fantastic project to help fund on this fine Tuesday afternoon.

Check out Warlocks on Kickstarter now. They are planning an Early Access release later this year and a full release by April 2015, so not long to wait folks.
