Wine development team was able to produce a new experimental release today. 1.7.30 bringing many new features and as many as 50 bugfixes.

A few days ago I published an article about three Kickstarter projects from Argentina and what they had to say about Linux. One of those was OKAM Studio’s The Interactive Adventures of Dog Mendonça & Pizza Boy, and I briefly mentioned their open source GODOT Engine - which will be the subject of this article.

On Wednesday the developer of Teslagrad, Rain Games, secured a $150,000 grant from the Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) to continue development on the sequel to Teslagrad, World to the West.

One of the annoyances that may come with people using SteamOS is buying games from the store they cannot use a game-pad controller with, and Valve are taking steps to improve this.

Editors Pick Aspyr Media are starting to be fan favourites with their open communication. They can't give full details of course, but they have given us hints about more games coming to Linux.
