New Linux Gaming Survey For November

It's that time of the month again Linux gamers! The new GOL survey for November is now available, so please make sure to fill it in if you have the time.

The results will be published in the next couple of weeks now that they're being published in the same month. There have been a few minor aesthetic changes since Google Forms has been updated (sorry about the yellow).

On another note, I will be taking a less active role in the surveys from now on. A few of you may have noticed by now that I'm not the best person to do this, but I'm glad to see how far this has come and how many people see it as something valuable to the Linux gaming community.

After many years of floating through space on the back of a missile, following a successful career in beating people up for not playing Sega Saturn, the missile returned to earth. Upon returning, I discovered to my dismay that the once great console had been discontinued and Sega had abandoned the fight to dominate the world through 32-bit graphical capabilities.

With regards to stopping from using Google forms, it's more of a practical decision. I can't code or do hardly anything technical and apologise for that (part of the reason I'm passing this on to Liam). If you're really opposed to using Google Forms, then you're under no obligation to take the survey... But then again if you're doing a survey you're also divulging personal information anyway.

Personally, in the long run I'd like it to be changed - more so because it would be interesting to integrate it more into GOL in some way. But that's probably more work than anyone is willing to put into it, though volunteers are always welcome!

you know if Blizzard would get off their lazy butts and port their stuff to Linux I wouldn't have to use wine hardly at all. Mainly I just want Hearthstone, because they do have an Android port, so yeah... there's really no excuse at this point. but maybe Valve or Vulkan will help change their mind in the coming months.
