Love mech battles? How about turn-based tactical mech battles? BATTLETECH is coming to Linux and it has a new trailer.
It's being developed by Harebrained Schemes, who created Shadowrun Returns with Paradox publishing it on PC. For those that don't remember it was funded on Kickstarter where they grabbed $2,785,537 in funding to make it happen.
Linux is confirmed for the game, but it's not exactly clear when the Linux version will be released. There's no mention of Linux during the Beta cycle, but it will release in full across Steam, GoG, and Humble for Linux, Mac & Windows sometime this year. They said in this post in March it's possible the release will be in " Late Summer / Fall".
They also have a video showing off some of the multiplayer:
