Barely Breathing is an upcoming fishy physics platformer that looks really funny, with a demo available - and they just added a little Linux Easter Egg.
What is Barely Breathing? You play as Sheen, a goldfish who tries to escape the house! You jump around pots, knock over water glasses, while making your own path. Quite chaotic with the puzzle challenges, and you'll make quite a mess in it. Of course electronics and fish-water don't mix, so there's now a funny Linux Kernel Panic if you manage to destroy the laptop when played on Linux.
Overall it seems like quite a gem to keep an eye on and try the demo for.

From the update notes:
Key Changes
- Mac: Mac has official support now!.
- Colorful Pots Area: We revamped the previous swinging pots area to be colorful and make more sense in the actual world!
- Linux Kernel Panic: Linux has been supported for months, previously when you destroyed a laptop in Linux, the Windows Blue Screen of Death appeared. Now, the Linux Kernel Panic will appear instead!
- Speedrun Timer: You can enable the Speedrun Timer in the Gameplay Settings if you'd like to time your speedruns directly in game!
- Streamer Mode: You can enable Streamer Mode in the settings to disable any music in the game, if you want to be safe and are streaming or posting a video. (Though all music we use is CC0!).
- Backrooms & More: We've added numerous easter eggs in the game, most notable the Backrooms... can you find where it is located in game and noclip into it?
- Sheen Outline Fix: Somehow we didn't notice for the longest time, but Sheen didn't even have proper outline until now.
- Multiple QOL features & bug fixes.

I was confused with I am Fish game that I own when I read the description, and I was hoping they finally developed native Linux port. After searching the Internet, it looks like they are two different games from two different developers. Game play and mechanics look completely different, although the overall idea of traveling to survive by a fish is similar.
I should take a closer look on Barely Breathing, as they have native Linux port and I am Fish does not.
Thank you for introducing Barely Breathing!
