Managing your Logitech Wheel on Linux doesn't have to be a hassle, especially with applications like pyLinuxWheel.

A project covered here in GamingOnLinux a few months ago, earlier this month it had a big new release. Version 0.5.1 adds in support for Driving Force (EX, RX), G920, Logitech Racing Wheel USB, WingMan Formula (Yellow, GP, Force GP) and MOMO (Force, Racing) steering wheels so now it covers quite a lot.

There's more though. A French translation made it in, the interface will now only enable options that are supported for your model, a new testing section to try out various settings like the strength of the force feedback (very handy!), new force feedback options to configure and it can now save force feedback values between sessions.

Like Oversteer, tools like this really do make using Logitech Wheels on Linux a far nicer experience. Give them a try if you own one.

You can download an easy to use AppImage from itch.io to run across many distributions or find the source on GitLab.
