Arx Fatalis Open Sourced

By - | Views: 7,601
Arx Fatalis the Ultima Underworld-inspired FPRP (First Person Role Playing) game has been updated and open sourced.

From the reports about it apparently it needs updating heavily as it relies on Microsoft Direct X technology so it will need to be ported to OpenGL.

While the source code is open source, the data files are not - so you still need to buy the game to play it.

Looks like after a while we will have another quality RPG on Linux!
