AT SUNDOWN, a top-down shooter where light is your enemy

AT SUNDOWN [Steam, Official Site] looks like a pretty fun shooter, one where the map is covered in darkness and light is your enemy.

They recently changed their release date from "Coming Soon" to "Q1 2018", while not exactly helpful it's at least a bit clearer on when it might arrive.

About the game:

At Sundown is a top down shooter where the maps are covered in darkness and light is your enemy, as 4 players compete in a deathmatch to be the best! Strategic gameplay is vital in the shadows of this dark world in which you only become visible when you shoot, dash or slash. See or be seen, kill or be killed. How long will you survive At Sundown?

It will have local and online multiplayer, at least 11 different weapons and 6 maps. I think it looks like it could be some serious fun, I'm rather interested to see how the light mechanic actually works as that trailer was a bit too fast-paced to properly tell.

It seems it will come with Linux support too, with it listing SteamOS + Linux system requirements already. I did ask for confirmation in their Steam forum a few days ago, but they haven't yet replied. Not too worried about that since the requirements are already up, but sometimes it's just good to be sure.

Thanks for the tip NuSuey.

Thought the same about the trailer. Could not understand how the mechanics are supposed to work.
