Deep breaths commander, there's a new UFO sighting on the Feral Interactive port radar indicating a new Linux port is on the way.

Here's the new teaser:

Begin your wild guessing game. I literally don't have a clue, but then I never manage to guess them correctly. Although, honestly I try not to dig too far as when I do I end up thinking about all sorts of wild titles.

We've still got Life is Strange: Before the Storm and Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia yet to come from Feral, so another showing up is quite exciting news. They've ported so many top quality games to Linux now, it's really quite incredible and it's pleasing to see this continue!

Quoting: MarkyIt seems odd that both the painting and the poem come from people with such similar names:
John Martin
John Milton

Could there be a video game character with a similar name?
It is Die Hard, with John McClane!

That's actually a good observation. Again, many possible answers come to my mind: At first, there is a book written by the author Martin Milton called "Therapy and Beyond" a book about counselling psychology. Might be yet another link to Hellblade, since the game deals with mental illness.

Also interesting is that Martin Freeman (the main actor in "The Hobbit" ) is producing a TV adaptation of the "Paradise Lost" epic by John Milton:

This could be a hint that the game is Lord of the Rings - related, so it could point to Shadow of War.

Also there is a character actually named Martin Milton in the universe of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles :D.

Damn, Feral, this time it's really hard!

I also wonder if they spend the same amount of time constructing these riddles as we spend for trying to solve them. :D

Martin is one of the main characters in Call of Duty 1. I don't know his name but probably it's John because most characters in action games are Johns. And the CoD games have hellish quality now, so BlOps 4 for Linux confirmed.

Quoting: GuestNier Automata Wikipedia plot description:
QuoteNier: Automata opens with 2B and 9S opening the way for a future incursion into machine territory, working to clear out machine threats for the local Resistance. With help from Anemone and later Pascal, 2B and 9S defeat multiple machine threats. During their missions, they witness the birth of and later fight Adam and Eve, physical manifestations of the machine network who reveal that their creators were destroyed centuries ago.

I would totally buy Nier Automata if it came to Linux.
Dark Souls would also be awesome, but who knows.

Published by Square Enix, which is a nice tie in to the Tomb Raider titles that are also published by Square, so Feral clearly seem to have a business relationship going on there...

God, that would be pretty amazing to be honest. Been lusting after Nier Automata since it came out. Perhaps too new a title though? It was only released just over 12 months ago. Look at Rise of the Tomb Raider, which we only just got... it's a late 2015 title, taking nearly three years to reach us!

How about Inner Chains? Or maybe even Prey?

Other titles I would find fitting are Deadpool (though that's old) and Dark Souls. Let's bring Doom and Dead Space for good measure :)

I did not know "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice" until I read these comments ... and now I want it! It looks really amazing! So, Feral, if this is not it, you know what to do next

It's Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai, where all the Good Aliens are Jamaicans and named John.

I need to finish that game, what I've played of it really, truly is amazing.

I actually had bought it because there were rumors of it being released for Linux at one point.
