It appears that Apex Legends from Respawn and EA has started banning some players on Linux, and while the Steam Deck uses Linux too it seems nearly all the bans were desktop Linux players.

Totally Accurate Battlegrounds got upgraded recently due to needing to implement new anti-cheat, and thanks to that this free to play game now works on Linux Desktop and Steam Deck.

While no announcement from the developer has been made yet, Hunt: Showdown now has the Easy Anti-Cheat file needed and works on Steam Deck and Linux Desktop.

After many years of development and going through multiple different names like Subvein, Mutant Factions and Gene Shift — the online mode has gone free to play as Gene Shift Auto.

Initially an Epic Store exclusive, you can now play The Cycle: Frontier free on Steam and thanks to Proton — on Steam Deck and Linux desktops.

Rocket Bot Royale is a brand new release from developer Winterpixel Games that seems to be what you get if you took Worms, turned it into a Battle Royale and turned everyone into a tank.
