Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is actually a really great game, and we had a lot of fun playing it a while back on a livestream. One thing I've seen people moan about is the sound options on Linux, so it looks like Valve has taken steps to address that.
Taken from their changelog:
– Upgraded to newer version of libSDL.
– Improved game performance during the end of match scoreboard.
– Sound options now distinguish between headphones vs two-speakers options.
They also updated the models of the first-person arm, hands and gloves. So, that's something. I don't think the new models look all that much better from their before-after shot, but I might be in the minority on that.
