Exit the Gungeon from Dodge Roll/Singlecore and Devolver Digital is a small, spin-off 'dungeon climber' immediately following the adventures in the excellent Enter the Gungeon. Still focused on making you dodge, roll and deal with bullet hell it mixes the gameplay up with an ever-changing weapon as you travel through increasingly perilous elevators. It looks wild and a lot of fun.

It just recently released on Steam for Windows, and on the Steam community forum the developer replied to a post I made in January asking about Linux support. Here's the Dodge Roll rep said:

Yes, we plan to add a native linux build in the future, but we're trying to limit the number of platforms we need to support at launch and while we're doing frequent patches.

We did ship the game with Vulkan support (which you can enable with the launch option "-force-vulkan"), so if anyone does give it a try with Proton please let us know how it looks!

Originally a game for Apple Arcade, the Steam release was quite a big overhaul to the game. Once we hear more about a Linux release we will let you know.

You can wishlist/follow on Steam.
