Enemy needs less than $3000 for Simultaneous platform release

By - | Views: 5,925
Enemy is a role playing game, so you will create and gradually level-up your own custom retro game character, with a mix of skills ranging from mental health and reaction time, to the use of blasters and the ability to jump five times your own height.

So this guy needs around $2,702 to enable him to bring someone on board to make sure Linux and Mac are released around the same time the Windows copy is.

The game sounds like it could be a lot of fun as well! Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

You may want to change this title since it's less than $3,000 rather than $2,000, as you correctly state in the article's text. Alternatively, it's only a matter of time until the title becomes true. :D

Anyway I think it's quite feasible in 4 days, but still I'll wait till the stretch goal is reached, just to be sure I get value from my money.

This is what I'll tell him. Don't use proprietary code, tools, engines, or libraries. Publish your code on a free site under a non-proprietary license. It will be ported. Since I'm not charging for this service; total cost for the entire operation is $0. Use the $2,702 to make a better quality game.
