What exactly is counted as "Online Content" in this case? You just said "Elusive Targets", so that's obvious, as are the leaderboards. What I mean is challenges and unlocks. If I can't play online for whatever reason (Like that I have satellite internet, so some things just don't work even when I do have a strong signal), am I stuck playing with only the most basic items and starting location?
