“Planned features:
- Polish phase for large projects
- Tier 2 Workstations
- Steam Achievements
- Trading Cards
- Cloud saves
- Leaderboards?
- Workshop support? I have to look into what type of assets I can customize”

Thoughts

Being a total fan of Game Dev Tycoon, this game had been on my radar since it came out in Early Access. I was hesitant to buy it since the video didn't really show how deep the game went and the price also made it seem too good to be true.
After a few weeks I bit the bullet and bought it.

As I am writing this I have spent already 109 minutes in-game, so if you do a price/game time comparison I think it has been well worth it.

The game starts off with a simple tutorial which teaches you the basics of the game. It is well explained and not too long. If you create a new game you have the possibility to skip it.

Now to get to the game itself, the graphics style is very similar Prison Architect which I totally dig. The map is rather small and could use some more aesthetics, maybe this will get added later.
The in-game music really needs a tune up as it's a rotation of two songs.
The interface is quite alright for me the moment, sometimes screens do get in the way, it has already been mentioned on the forums so this might get a tune up later on.

Comparing this game to Game Dev Tycoon is rather mean at this moment. Game Dev Tycoon has a lot more depth than Game Corp DX yet Game Corp DX has more freedom in building your own little studio.

The game is set to release out of Early Access somewhere in October, the developer has been pushing out updates quite often. I am currently enjoying the game and I wonder what more will be introduced.

If you ask me, the game is worth the 3 euros or your country's equivalent.

Check out Game Corp DX on steam, but remember it's Early Access.
