Time to open your wallet for a new game and your mind for a new experience, as the current GOG Midweek Sale is a good one.

Seriously good deals like these are up:

Head on over to GOG and have a look. There's a lot more than just my picks there and for those who enjoy a good deep RPG experience this is a sale not to be missed.

If you pick up anything good, do let us know your thoughts on it in the comments. Personally, I think out of my few picks there I honestly enjoyed Tyranny the most. I found it more engaging than Pillars with a more interesting setting too. Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition is another excellent choice though, since there's absolutely tons of content available and it's a ridiculous price.

I'd add a recommendation for Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition. I played through this a few months ago and was very surprised about how fun the whole thing was. On paper, a linear, battle-heavy RPG with little in the way of story would not appeal to me, but I actually had a blast with the default party. Don't overlook this one.

In the future, my kids will blame Liam for the precariousness of my account and the volume of my games library :P

Just got Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition Digital Deluxe Edition.
I already have Tyranny. A very underrated game. My gateway drug towards Pillars of Eternity. Obsidian knows how to make good RPGs. :P
