GOL Website Updates

Posted by , | Views: 4,729
Okay so over the past two days i have done a little more on getting this website up to scratch to make it much more useful.

*Added tags to the item pages:
-Open Source
-Single Player
-Online Play
-Netbook Friendly

*Added an initial screenshot to the top of the item pages (makes it look a lot nice), if they don't have a shot it will show a default blank thumbnail (i plan to make sure all items have screenshots :)).

Much more to come as well, a few plans:
*Multiple screenshots per item
*Videos (trailers, demos etc) for items
*Ability for members to submit items and news articles
*A user control panel for members to change password, email etc
*User profiles (list what games you own, talk to other gamers directly etc)
*A forum (once i feel the traffic to the website warrants it)

Also waiting on doing an interview with Dave from Hemisphere Games about their Osmos port, stay tuned! Article taken from
