I like how enthusiastic the guy sounds, makes it more fun.

Is it raining, but you have that need to play some mini golf? Well, Golf With Friends has just landed on Linux.

It's in Early Access, and the Linux version is very new so there will likely be a few rough edges.

It won't show up in the new releases section for Linux, as the Linux version was added in after the initial Windows release. Another thing I really wish Valve would sort out.

Could be a fun one to livestream with our Samsai!

About the game (From Steam)
Golf with Friends is an entertaining, challenging, multiplayer mini golf game for up to 12 players.
The game currently has 2 levels containing 18 holes each.

The controls are simple and the game is designed for the user to be able to host or join a game within a few seconds.

The game will be hosted on our servers where the user has the ability to add a password if so required or leave it open to the public.

Thanks for mentioning it frostwork. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Looks pretty fun. My main beef with what I've seen so far is that you just basically play as the ball-- couldn't they have cute or cool animated characters to play as kind of like Mario Golf? Is there a Tux Golf? If there isn't, there should be.

There's always neverball / neverputt for your opensource minigolf pleasure ;)

great game. only sucks with collisions when someone decides to f*ck everyone instead of playing the game
