Humble are back of form, sort-of, with a new Humble Indie Bundle 18 stocked full of Linux games for you to drool over.
I say sort-of, since none of these are new to Linux, some have been on Linux for quite some time. It's not always a great idea to have games ported for the HIB either, as we found out with multiple games (some still not even ported as promised, hello Giana Sisters). That said, it's actually a pretty fantastic collection.
For "Pay what you want":
Pay more than the average:
Pay $13 (about £10.06) or more for:

Quoting: TuxeeIt might be a gift, but "Little Racers STREET" doesn't even start. And according to the Steam forum I am far from alone... Anyone got this working?
I bought it on release and played 9+ hours without any problems (on Debian Testing). Just tried it again and yeah, it doesn't seem to start (Arch Linux).
Works on SteamOS though.

Oh yes, compared to the last Indie Bundles where I already owned half of the games this time I own none of them. Therefore this is an instand pick for me.

Just purchased it, but it seems Little Racers STREET is not included anymore.
Edit: Shows up as a gift (inbox)

Sure? It shows up as gift in your Steam inventory. At least it did about 2 hours ago.

Oh indeed, thanks!
I thought this will be activated with the Ziggurat key.

"Season pass" on Kentucky Route Zero. It's been a year since Act IV came out, which itself took two years to make. Those are some looooong seasons!
The closest thing I can see to a status update is "Yeah it's coming!" on Twitter from March.

Quoting: KohriasThat's an awesome bundle! All GNU/Linux and all DRM-free.
Quoting: lucinos1) All the games do support Linux!
2) All the games are DRM-free!
All HIBs are cross-platform and DRM free. This is how they are defined....
I guess I'll also get this one (like the 17 before), although I already own 3 of the games. None of the other games is on my wishlist, but I've quite sometimes been (positively) surprised by such extras :)
Quoting: Alm888Apparently, the games that will be added later will not be DRM-free (as the platform indicator shows). Or it is a mistake. No matter though, the value of currently offered games is high enough.Yes, that somehow also worried me. But it has to be an error, Steam-only games do not qualify for a HIB.

The Goat Simulator is not working under Linux for the moment. The main binary file is missing! :(
Created a ticket yesterday and wrote the support: The download for Windows is about 2,5 GB, Linux only 542 MB and Mac even 345 MB. All three ZIP-packages.
EDIT: Well, just had a look on this and now it seems to be corrected. :) Download now for Linux: 2,4 GB. Seems more fitting!

I'm really interested in Kentucky Route Zero and Owlboy but having so many games on the waiting list I will try to be sensible and buy them at full price by the time I can actually play them.
