Humble's 2K Build-Your-Own-Bundle has some good Linux games

By - | Views: 12,083

Here's your chance to boost your collect of awesome Linux games, by building your own bundle and saving even more money.

The Humble 2K Build-Your-Own-Bundle has these Linux titles to pick from:

  • BioShock Infinite
  • Borderlands 2 + Borderlands 2: Game of the Year
  • Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
  • Spec Ops: The Line
  • Civilization V + DLC like Gods and Kings, Brave New World and Civilization V: The Complete Edition
  • Civilization: Beyond Earth + Rising Tide DLC
  • XCOM: Enemy Unknown
  • XCOM: Enemy Within

That's not a bad selection of Linux games to choose from, with all of them being on sale individually. However, if you pick three they increase the discount too and the discount increases further for a fourth and fifth item.

The offer ends Tuesday, June 19 at 17:00 UTC.

An interesting way to run a bundle. Build yours here.

Humble post-IGN acquisition started to look and behave like dozens of other bundle sites. It used to be reliable in terms of what I can expect from seeing "new Humble Bundle" and I rarely missed buying one (usually only when there were no Linux games included, or when it was a topical bundle that didn't interest me at all). The webpage itself is also so much heavier and less user friendly now. These days I rarely even check what's there :(

I'm also interested, how does the discount add up in the end?

Quoting: Patola...And how do you build that bundle? Just add every game you want to your cart?
Looks like it yup!

It just takes extra off the total price it seems.

I tested with Borderlands 2: Game of the Year, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and BioShock Infinite and it should have been £21.22 with the individual discounts, but it comes to £16.99 since there's three in the basket so you get the additional money off.

They've had a huge assortment of bundles way before the IGN acquisition. Literally nothing has changed since IGN took over, except allowing for us to join as a partner and they're quite generous with it.

With the first three I got 80% off...
Right at the top of the bundle page, it tells you:
3 - 80% off
4 - 83% off
5 - 85% off

Quoting: GuestThe question is. How long will this Bundle Exist? I would love to buy it. But right now...dark times for my wallet.

Well, interesting bundle, but I already own all of the games of interest to me, so nothing new for me here :D
