Something I have found recently is that the games store Itch.io isn't just great for discovering smaller indie games and game jams, it also seems to be quite the hub for fonts!

You can find some really great stuff there like this:

Which was created using the Khronopix font found here. This font is totally free and no credit to the author is needed (but it's always nice to).

Check the license before you buy (they should state it on the page).

Some of these are pretty nice; but they aren't *bitmap* fonts, are they? They seem to be available only in vector formats.
