Knight Squad is a fun looking multiplayer combat game that the developers say mixes old style Bomberman with aspects of Gauntlet and it looks good. Thankfully they do plan to add online multiplayer, so you won't be stuck trying to get friends to crowd around your little screens. They do already have bots in the game though, so you don't actually need other players beside you.

The full gamepad support makes it a good little number for SteamBox fun don't you think?

A user asked about it on the Steam forum and the developers gave a great response:
QuoteThe Mac and Linux versions are coming very soon. We have plans to have these versions out sometimes next month! We will post an announcement once it's available.

Cheers!

Check it out on Steam, but remember it's an Early Access game, so bugs may be lurking in every corner.
