Some really nice news! It seems the developers behind Tower of Time [Steam, Official Site] did not give up on their attempts to sort out a Linux version, it's coming soon.

I previously covered the game at the end of July, where they said they were having a few problems.

They had some issues with cinematics in the game, so they've replaced the player they used in Unity to help push out a Linux version of this interesting game. As a result, they are looking for additional testers to make sure it works okay. It's on a first-come-first-serve basis so by the time you read this, all slots will likely have been filled. Hopefully the final tests go well, so that they can set the Linux version live for everyone.

You can read their announcement here.

About the game
QuoteTower of Time is a new take on classic RPGs. It has hand-crafted levels filled with various enemies, challenging puzzles, and engaging story-lines. Its dynamic real-time combat with slow mode requires tactical awareness and careful preparation of the party.

Looks very nice and it looks interesting; the enviroment, the atmosphere it sets, I just hope that you can create your character instead of choosing pre-made characters, but other than that this looks like it can be promissing as of what I've seen.
