Main website Updates

Just to let you guys know the main website is being changed/upgraded over the weekend which is why some bits may look out of place for today...

The reason being - i wasn't going to update until all pages where finished but i accidently overwrote the main websites index with the new one - so i had to put the rest of what i had done up or else the homepage would have been messed up all day as well.

Why the changes?
Well i wanted to make better use of the available space - simply put. With two menus (left menu, content, right menu) i have more space to add other random bits and bobs, like a latest forum posts block for example :) - so stay tuned :D

X is broken/doesn't look right.
Chances are I'm probably aware of it.

Note: It looks aweful in IE6 at work - Good job no one on Linux should ever use something that old... Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

What exactly are you running at work Liam to still be using IE 6?

Re: Main website Updates

Work runs windows xp so no chance of them upgrading.

Re: Main website Updates

I believe if you have the latest Service Pack and Windows Updates even XP is supposed to run IE 7. Although you can debate whether or not that is much of an improvement...

Re: Main website Updates

Company wont upgrade though, "support costs" and all that rubbish with stuff they use that depends on ie6.
