Nebulinc - Galaxy Defender Linux demo now available

Posted by Frostypants, 25 February 2013 at 3:58 pm UTC / 9253 views
It took a few months of development to get a playable demo ready and now I am finally able to show the fruits of my labor: Nebulinc - Galaxy Defender.

It is a 2D top-down shoot 'em up game set in space. What is special about this game is the one-button joystick control. Details can be found at http://www.frostypants.com, including direct download links.

I tested on the latest Ubuntu, Lubuntu and Mint and it ran fine. If you use another distro, let me know how it works out and if there was anything special you needed to do to get the game working. I'm also interested in your opinion about the gameplay itself.
