New NVIDIA Vulkan beta driver released, fixing SteamVR problems

By - | Views: 10,594
NVIDIA have released another beta of their Vulkan driver, which includes a fix for a major problem with SteamVR.

The only change is this:
QuoteFix issue with SteamVR shaders

So, be sure you're on the 375.27.13 driver if you're playing with SteamVR on Linux.

Find the driver and more details here.

Really good to see NVIDIA be so quick to act on issues like this, especially for something so new.

I have little else to say of course, since I don't own a VR headset as it has priced me out of being able to afford one for quite some time and no sponsor has stepped forward to provide GOL with a unit. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.
