Scirra Construct is an open source game/application development tool. Rather than having to learn a programming language it uses a simple point and click interface - which works pretty well and some impressive games have already been made.

Problem is they don't have enough hands.

Currently it only supports Windows but they are planning Version 2 and the requests for Linux support are huge - so here's your chance to get in on it!

I personally believe something like this ported to Linux would boost the gaming scene considerably, think of all the games that could be made!
