Paragon Evolved is a fast-paced sci-fi FPS which combines the speed and intensity of older shooters with the tactics and strategy of modern ones. I showed you this when I discovered it some-time ago.

It has a lot of potential and I had great fun testing it on their previous demo versions. It has pretty good graphics mixed with some quite decent FPS action.

They released their 3rd playable demo you can grab here, sadly for me the latest demo has major issues with loading slowing my PC to a crawl and staring at the ceiling.

If it works for you, or if you can figure out the fix for the mouse issue be sure to let both me and the developer know, I have no clue. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.

Everything seems to work okay for me. Reminds me quite heavily of Livalink.

Using XFCE I am also having an issue with the mouse.

I have set it to not go fullscreen in the config file. But that still does not seem to fix it for me unfortunately.

Any other fixes available?

After asking on IRC and locating the preference file I managed to change the resolution in there to the correct one for my desktop. After that the mouse bug was not affecting me anymore. :)
