Please look at this Wine graph showing a 4.18 increase

By - | Views: 12,051

I decant believe that title! The latest and greatest code from the Wine hackers has been sweetened to perfection with the Wine 4.18 development release now available.

Highlights from the release:

Many new VBScript functions.
A number of cleanups and improvements in Quartz.
Fixes for several test failures.

They also noted 38 bugs fixed. Usual note though: some of the bugs may have been fixed in a previous release and only noticed/retested recently. These include issues solved with: Lego Island 2, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, Age of Empires, Halo 2, World of Warcraft, Need for Speed: Carbon, Noita and more.

See more on the official Wine website.

Wine is improving a lot recently, nice job! I'll try it later, and I'm already excited to the proton 4.18 release.

PS: Puns are farts in Portuguese (at least on Brazil), which make the text funnier...

Completely off-topic silliness, but this is the first thing that jumped into my mind reading this headline. ^_^

Look at this graph

This is how I picture my active weekends, new Wine release, kernel updates and a new dxvk release.

Also in Spanish, at least in Mexico is the 'decent' name for calling them, LOL!

This reminds me... Fart is "speed" in Norwegian. Petter Solberg was an excellent rally car driver (retired now), but not the most proficient in English. He has many funny outbursts, including:

"I had a very big fart, and suddenly I fucked off the road"
