Update 29/11/19: We were notified that the developer had what they called a "trademark problem" so the trailer we had was removed and screenshot replaced. The game also no longer appears on Steam.
ATRIUM could be interesting, a strategy game that plays like a board game with you building and expanding the board as the game goes on. The developer, Black Potion, recently had a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter which was unsuccessful. They had already released it on itch.io before this, with the extra funding to further expand the game.
As for the gameplay, the purpose is to control the biggest empire. With you each taking turns to place down board tiles, placing down different classes of "meeple" like archers or a mage allowing you to claim territory. Sounds quite interesting! They're saying you will be able to play with up to four players in local multiplayer, with a "strong" AI.
As for the full release, it's scheduled to release on July 16th for Steam with it already live on itch.io. I've also sent a request for a review code as they offered one, so I shall hopefully have something to say about how the gameplay feels sometime soon.
