The next big Steam sale dates have been leaked, as usual

By - | Views: 20,847

It would be real news if they didn't do big sales, but still for those of you who never buy outside of Steam and are currently watching the pennies here's the dates to look for.

  • Halloween Sale: October 29th 2018 to November 1st 2018
  • Autumn Sale: November 21st 2018 to November 27th 2018
  • Winter Sale: December 20th 2018 to January 3rd 2019

Perhaps one of these will be a good time to check out some cheap games from Windows-only developers for use in Steam Play?

There's still quite a few titles on my own personal wishlist I'm keeping an eye on, although a lot of them aren't actually released yet. Is there something you're desperate to try that you're waiting for a good price on? Do let us know in the comments.

Original leak seems to come from here since then I've had two other developers email me now to confirm.

The Original Metro 2033 was removed after the release of the Redux version...I prefer the original piece of gaming art.

The original Metro 2033 was Windows-only. (Only Metro Last Light had a Linux port)

I thought I'd remember this as (one of?) the first big non-Valve Linux game after Steam for Linux start, but I guess it was the successor.

Happy GoL cake day!

Yeah, I still remember when Liam used to post invitations for his site on various forums (GOL was virtually unknown at that time), and getting banned for spamming.
How times have changed.

And the original Metro 2033 IS GONE...
If you didn't add it to your account, you just missed a digital gem that works fine on Proton...

I created my new protonic account just in time ^_^

Apparently Steam can't decide whether to recommend it to me because it's unlike any other games I've played before. Such as Metro Redux and Last Light...

Age of Wonders DLCs I don't have
Portal Knights (heard it's great with xact)
