For those excited to finally get a proper Battle Royale game on Linux, come check the latest trailer and information on Crazy Justice.

To be clear, it will have multiple game modes and a story, I'm just super excited for the BR mode.

They're showing it off at The MIX, an event that happens during E3 to highlight interesting indie games as opposed to the massive power-house AAA developer and publishers that E3 shines the light on.

As for the release date, it's looking like next week could finally be it. While in the last article (even more details there) they suggested it would be this week, it seems they didn't want to give away that they were at a proper event this week (or they weren't supposed to until the event organisers announced the lineup anyway), so next week is a lot more likely given what they've been saying in the Q&A sessions.

It will be a game we will livestream and play with the community, so be sure to follow us on Twitch.

Quoting: KelsHonestly, it looks like they've still got a long way to go on the visuals. The BR side of it still looks way too much like Fortnite and that's going to invite "ripoff" talk. Whether that's true or not, it'll still hurt their sales if they don't make the difference clear enough.
Well, Fortnite isn't on Linux. For me, that's the deciding factor of course. Cross play between PC and Switch too, which means my son can get involved and play with me, that essentially speaks to me directly.

No micro transactions too, so you don't end up paying a ridiculous amount over time? Even better.

Single player, co-op support, multiple game modes including Battle Royale...yeah it sounds good to me.

Still, it could be a total flop, naturally if it is we will let people know :P

Hey, I want it to succeed as much as you do. But they're setting themselves up for problems unless they're able to separate themselves from "looks like Fortnite".

Oh I do agree to a certain extent, they're already seeing a lot of people say it. I guess time will tell with how they plan to evolve it.

I'm not as excited as Liam for this game. Especially after "The Mix" live stream where they didn't even bother to show up to talk about the game or show any gameplay. I really want this game to be good but the signs aren't looking that great so far. The game is coming out this month and they are still very vague about it. A shame that Fortnite won't be out on Linux for a while, if ever.
