Victor Vran Overkill Edition announced (two new DLC)

Victor Vran Overkill Edition [Official Site], which is essentially the main game plus two new DLC is coming soon to this rather good action RPG.

From the announcement:
QuoteVictor Vran: Overkill Edition includes Victor Vran (base game) and also comes with two brand new adventures: the ethereal Fractured Worlds – a challenging and empowering new expansion featuring a new chapter in the story of Victor Vran, and Motörhead: Through the Ages – a wild, rock adventure, inspired by, officially endorsed by, and starring, the loudest band in the world Motörhead!

For players who already own the game on Steam; You don't need to buy the Overkill Edition. The two new DLCs will be available for purchase from our Victor Vran Steam Store page.

So essentially, it's two new DLC. Haemimont Games created a pretty decent ARPG in Victor Vran and it has seen pretty awesome post-release support.

I've played a few hours of Victor Vran and it's certainly worth checking out if you like the action RPG genre.

cRaZy-bisCuiTNot enough loot? Seriously? It's one of the things I do appreciate about this game, everything is quite balanced. Lot's of loot, but not too much, competitive fights, but not too hard, Hack'n'Slay, but not too fast.....(:

Except for the performance, which isn't a real problem due to the genre of the game, I think it's pretty much perfect!

I have to agree with this. I actually made a comment on reddit against Diablo for the very thing of 'too much random loot'

I don't care about another Grand Sword of the Fiery Cobras. I want Xibec's Sword! Give us more plotted out games. Ultima IV started out the "as open as you want it to be world" yet still had a plot you could win. Any of these open world games now are pointless time wasters. Victor Vran is a great action / Adventure game that is well balanced. I just need to figure out how to play local co-op with a new character so I am not 20th level and my brother is 1st... I had started playing it before they added the feature. Guess I could just start over....

This game is awesome, I have played some hours and loving it, the controller support is really well done.

Aaah! Instabuy as soonas it's on GOG. VV is one of my favourites, and I replayed it several times already. There are many options to change difficulty etc ('Hexes', what do you want more?
Also I don't really understand the framerate issues. The game even runs on my laptops HD530 (though there indeed not really smooth, but playable)

I'll definitely be buying the DLC. I may even consider the new "Overkill" edition, depending upon what makes it so.

Seems like ages ago that they announced their intention to make the Motorhead DLC, and in one very real way it was an age ago. A different era, in fact.

Rest in Peace Lemmy.

Been looking forward to this for a looooong time. I completed the story in Hardmode, and in Hardcore (but not at the same time). Still haven't done a lot of the sideareas, but I'm going to wait for this expansion to give it a go again.
