What are you playing this weekend?

By - | Views: 34,568

The weekend has arrived and for many of you this is likely your best time to boot up your favourite game, so what are you all playing?

The weather over here has turned for the worst, we've gone from ridiculous heat to stormy showers and so the majority of my time will likely be staring at a brightly lit screen. Naturally, that means I will be playing some awesome Linux games.

I'm likely going to be throwing out my usual experiences for something a little different—ah who I am kidding? I'm totally going to be jumping in at the deep end with Oxygen Not Included's latest update. Such an insanely engrossing game, multiple times I've loaded it up and time just gets sucked away into a black hole.

So my awesome readers, what are you clicking on this weekend?

I also just got a rabbit, so a lot of my time will be staring at it going "It's so fluffy!". I'm also 30 on Monday, so I won't be around much then for gaming.

Golden krone hotel

Played as easy and won at the first time. It's so easy for a roguelike player.

About the length I needed just 7832 turns.

Another weekend I will try another difficulty setting

Theme is very nice and original.

In my case the winter and the early spring is best as I did find a lot of value in going through the Baldur's Gate games while I was waiting on cows to calve or when the weather outside was too poor to do any real work.

In the summer I am too busy which is why my party is stuck just having left the Underdark at the moment. :|

Does Bitwig Studio count as a game? Ok it doesn't but it's what I'm playing around with. And it's on Linux! :D

edit: can't be the whole weekend when it's saturday, duh

I just loaded up Baldur's Gate EE in hopes of actually playing through the whole thing this time. I don't know how many times I have tried and given up. Not a slight on the game, rather my attention span.
