Do we have a list of game servers maintained by GOL (either officially or unofficially)?

No idea, it wasn't an official server and I've no idea who was running it they seem to have just shut it down.

I am getting tempted to run our own for it officially. Problem is, that it only seems to have a Windows server at the moment according to their setup guide.

They have released a Linux version of the server on steam. I was thinking about setting one up for the west coast here in the US through Digital Ocean. Every server for me is around 200 ping.
