I just got that, but havent really played it yet, just started it in Steam under SteamOS to try it starts and to help make it count as Linux, even if this is free as in beer :-)

They do also have a sale currently with a lot of Linux games.

Does anyone know if Steam keys bought through them will count as linux sales? This was asked months ago https://www.gamingonlinux.com/articles/get-some-cheap-games-on-games-republic-with-our-discount-code.6651 but it seems they overlooked that question.

Liam do you know that, since you have that shop https://linux.gamesrepublic.com/ with them?

As a general rule, keys bought through a key reseller count as a Windows sale.

I mailed their support to ask and got an answer that they do not report the platform used to buy the key, but that the developers will know when you activate a key on Linux
