Company of heroes 2 unable to connect to servers

Hi everyone. I have a problem with COH2 it says unable to connect to relic servers ... relic server unavailable. Does anyone have the same problem? I could connect before I suspect some update broke it. I'm not sure if I should open some ports in the firewall. I searched on steam forums and couldn't find a solution I tried opening some ports but I'm not sure if they are the same ports for windows.
