Microsoft blocks windows update to prevent amd / intel newest cpu to be used

Well, they always said they would only support newer CPUs on Windows 10, but wow stopping Windows Updates completely. Why am I not surprised they are still being dicks.

yup. Microsoft, the gift that keeps on giving. I seriously never considered using linux as my main OS until

MS dropped this turd on us. Forced updates that reset "privacy" settings (that are there for show only),

fucking spying (?!?), selling me as a whore to the highest bidder and then not even giving me a cut haha,

yeah I'm pretty happy about migrating my rigs to linux. Ubuntu 16.10 with 4.10 kernel and MESA 17.1 is working

ok, allthough I have some audio problems to solve. All in all, great OS
