Wiki spam user purge

I just purged all users from the wiki who have made no edits.

I'm pretty sure the bulk of the database's size disk wise is because of lots of spam users <_<, phpmyadmin says we have ~2,626 users registered on the wiki...heh

Also what anti-spam plugins should I put up to prevent spam users?

I just added an edit protection to look for porn and pharmacy related words as well to slow them down on editable pages.

Since the main communication here is through the forum why don't you lock down the wiki completely, restricting editing to registered users and restricting user creation to sysop?
