Quoting: legluondunetyes I use DXVK, it works on your computer?
The messages in the log you posted indicates you're using the Wine dxgi.dll. I thought DXVK shipped it's own, but maybe I misunderstood something.

I tested with and without DXVK, same result. You could try yourself, it's a free app and you don't need a sony account as you can not login, the window is all white.

I get a black screen with staging 5.20, vcrun2013, windows version set to 7 (the default).

With windows version set to XP I get the login window to show up. I guess it falls back to using d3d9 or pure software rendering instead of d3d11?

My Lutris install (which I hadn’t touched since June) still works as far as loading the app goes. I’m not currently subscribed so I can’t try playing a game. Seems to be using Wine 5.0-rc3 (Staging) and Windows 7.

Thank you for this report, could you tell me if DXVK is enable ?

It is. Everything else in Runner options is disabled. In System options, Prefer system libraries is on and everything else is off.

Finally works for me once I disabled DXVK and set Windows to XP.

PS Now Directx11 acceleration does not work with Wine for the moment, I tested with Wine 5.20/21, it is a known bug (cf https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48581 ).

I modified PS Now Lutris script with above workarounds and it works again on my computer:

https://lutris.net/games/playstation-now/

For the moment the client does not work great with wine: no Directx11 acceleration and could be a little unstable, but games are playable.

Thank you fro your reports that help me to find workarounds.
