Works well, i've measured about 5 to 6 percent penalty (the same you would expect from running a compositor).
Plus, i finally have a snappy kde, high resolution console, hibernation progress messages, no penalty when grabbing the screen and drive my ambilight-like leds and so on.
How does steam react to it in regard of shader precaching?
By now i'm modifying launch options game per game so i wonder if it is somehow able to understand that i'll use the nvidia gpu instead of the integrated (default one).
What do you think?
I'd like to avoid to start the whole steam on the nvidia gpu because in that way i can spare a little more MB from my poor 3GB nvidia video ram.
Thanks in advance!
