Here is the bad thing is that I have MadMax Linux version installed and I would like to install the Middle Earth SHadow of Mordor Linux installed, but now that its gone will I still be able to install the Linux version or is it just gonna be proton? I like proton but I prefer native even more.

The Linux version is still there on both. The most likely reasoning is a rights issue and / or contracts with Feral expiring, especially based on the date it was done.

seems that they are focusing on mobile games, I recently read that mobile games income dwarfs income from both PC and consoles combined. I hope we still can install the linux version though.
